Privacy Policy

Being a spatial information consulting company, we at Kokusai Kogyo understand that secure management of information assets is one of the highest priorities of our corporate activities. Our personal information protection policy, which establishes security measures for personal information and ensures that personal information protection is practiced, is specified as follows.

1.		Acquisition, use, and provision of personal information Kokusai Kogyo will establish a management system for the protection of personal information handled in its business activities and will conduct the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information appropriately. In particular, Kokusai Kogyo will not use personal information for purposes beyond those specified at the time of acquisition, and will conduct management in conformity with applicable rules.
2.		Legal and regulatory requirements compliance When handling personal information, the Kokusai Kogyo shall comply with laws, guidelines issued by the Japanese government, and other standards that apply to the protection of such personal information.
3.		Prevention of and corrective actions for leaks, loss, and damage In order to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, Kokusai Kogyo will implement information security measures and will endeavor to prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information as well as loss, destruction, alteration and leakage of personal information.
4.		Response to complaints and inquiries Kokusai Kogyo will permanently establish a company unit to receive complaints and inquiries regarding personal information and will respond promptly to such complaints and inquiries.
5.		Continuous improvement of PMS Kokusai Kogyo will issue a manual regarding the PMS*, ensure that all of its employees understand the PMS, and work to improve its effectiveness through periodic revisions. *PMS(Personal Information Protection Management Systems)
