Kokusai Kogyo’s CEO joins 1,000 CEOs from 100 countries in UN Global Compact’s call for Renewed Global Cooperation

Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Kokusai Kogyo)’s Chairperson and CEO Sandra Wu, Wen-Hsiu has signed the “Statement from Business Leaders for Renewed Global Cooperation,” organized by the UN Global Compact and presented to UN Secretary-General António Guterres on September 21, 2020, at the opening of the Private Sector Forum on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, which marks the 75th anniversary of the UN.

More than 1,000 CEOs representing businesses from over 100 countries joined the statement to voice their support for peace and security, human rights and sustainable development, and urges the UN and world governments to return to the spirit of multilateralism that gave rise to the UN.
